My username is Heil0p with * or without at the ending and I have a question whether I am banned or not. Apparently, I have forgot my login/password and I can't enter ingame. Would be glad if someone could save me from such a situation by giving answer.

If you were banned, you wouldn't get to the login screen. So you've forgotten your password or username. Use the "Forgot password?" feature on the login screen.

@Magnus Tried that, it says that credentials are wrong, tried that already... Actually, I might get in the server as I have new pc, but I am not sure if I was banned 2 years ago or nah

Credentials are wrong message appears when you write your password false, to get it back use the recovery system with your registered e-mail.

@flusha I know that you want to be helpful, but I can read and I have a feeling that my account isn't linked to my e-mail as this account is really old... I have a feeling like there MIGHT be a duplicate account and I am really concerned of that. If any admin is available to check in this matter, please pm me... I used to be the old MMC member and was in the UE for a while, recently got meself new pc (former literally burned) and it had saved password on it. @Magnus @SAES-HQ Thanks for assistance.
