When I get arrested near SR in LV, the jail was bugging and it appears like in the image also I can swap weapons and shoot

and then when I get out of jail I've been respawned in the place when I get arrested

Did you glue on that car or some shit?

it's an issue in the glue script
if you glue on a gang car and let the server respawn it, by ungluing you'll be warped to the location on the map that the vehicle spawns.

in your first SS you appear in the blue hell (blackhole, no objects apart from collisions), the glue issue may be linked to that

Ye it's a known bug and can be easily fixed
