If you are willing to join Cuban Cars, make sure to read this topic: https://archive.saesrpg.uk/community/topic/100770-cc-recruitment-open/ but I think, you also need some basic-experience and a role-play sense to be able to join the group. I would suggest you to stay around the community and learn some experience as it would help you. Also, patrolling with the Cuban Cars members as a mechanic would increase your chances.
