Why not add the ability to buy molotov cocktail from arms dealer, its price could be something like 500-700 5k-7k per 1 so people will not abuse it and also a 15 second or 10 seconds cooldown when throwing it. It can improve even the RP side in the server...

There is no need for such a thing like Molotov, there are zero benefits in making that buyable.

And let's not talk about the HUGE mess that it'll make all over the server, including FPS drops, and what not?

About the RP thing, you always can simulate the action as is customary in RP (Using /me /do), and if you're really in need of Molotov and cant RP'ly throwing the Molotov ask for any Donator to spawn and help you out with that (Donators got access to the Molotov ).
