Roleplay type: Medical Emergency

Description of roleplay: It was a nice day at Las Venturas Fire Station when the dispatcher gave us a call about a medical emergency. It was about a young man having a terrible chest pain. Immediately we responded there with 1 ambulance and 1 vehicle. Scene was safe when we arrived. The victim was semi unconsious.

X: No external bleedings

Airway: Airway was clear as he was breathing and talking. No evidences of trauma on his cervical spine.

Breathing: Clear lungs sounds after checking with the stethoscope, spo2 was 89% so we had to adminstrate o2 with oxygen mask. 26 respirations  per minute.

Circulation: ECG showed a stemi, we immediately gave him aspirin. Blood pressure was low. There was a pulse on his right wrist but definitely weak. We adminstrated fluids through IV to increase his blood pressure.

Disability: We didnt check his neurological situation because we arrived at hospital. Eyes was reacting to light tho and his GCS was 11 or 12.

Exposure: same with Disability.

Roleplay type: Medical Emergency

Description of roleplay: we got a call about an unconsious man in a neighborhood near the LVFD. We started our route with 1 ambulance. When we arrived on scene, we approached with caution but there was no danger. The patient was a 25-26 years old man who was just dizzy and not unconsious like the caller reported. We started the xabcde protocol, there was no external bleedings, airway was open as the victim was talking, no evidences of traum in cervical spine. Lungs were clear both of them with 11 respirations and good SPo2. The victim had bradycardia and low blood pressure. We checked his glucose and it was below 60. We immediately started an IV with dextrose and administrated oxygen to help him feel better.
