it used to be parachute part, then someshit like simon says and then tdm. after that doesn't matter if you won tdm or lost, doesn't matter if you had impact or not, dehq decide if you are good enough for joining them or not. What makes their choice is unknown, but I think it's your overall behave on the server and how people knows you.
As an example, you can perfectly pass the tests, land on the apple, followed all commands and killed 80% of the enemy team in TDM and survived, but still, you won't get accepted if you are dumb or retarded.
