Fixed thatStratum wasn't there (probably removed for inactivity). Added a shamal at LS airport in the confusion of where to place it at CDC base, post a picture of where you want it exactly and tag me; I'll be moving it (note the rule says you can have only 1 big plane (like shamal) at CDC base)
