Hi, may I know why a regular player properties can be requested if he is inactive but inactive SAES admins properties can't be bought?

It's actually been relaxed more than it used to be, we used to keep all properties for all members, regardless of their status in the clan (including retired / quit).


We now only keep properties of "inactive" SAES members, people who have retired or quit have their housing put up for auction or giveaway events, it's one of the perks we gave our members and has been like this since we had housing.


As per the SAHA forum:



Properties owned by inactive SAES members cannot be requested. If approved by SAES HQ, properties owned by inactive members will be put up for auction at random intervals.



I'm slightly puzzled why you would ask this question, as you've been around long enough to know this.
