Nah it's time for @Yoko to try for the third time to achieve his official doggie status. Or fail thrice.

I know that a lot of people are asking me to become an administrator, but guys at the moment I don't want to be part of the team, I know there are several people who are an administrator but who didn't deserve the position, but calm down in a very short time I'll go apply and will change many things for the better that is wrong, when i apply and get accepted i am sure i will remove panel of many people who do not deserve the position.
