Basically, as the title states, increase the civilian side payment. The only Civilian side jobs you can get some good money are Trucker/Delivery Man. Minimum should be 7K-10K maybe. My point is, if Player A works for a hour as a Delivery man and Player B works for a hour as Binman, their money difference would be 200K-300K or maybe more. You can't do anything here with so less money anyway. It'll also make it more active.

I sincerely think Civilian payment is good as it is. It surely is a hassle to get 500k-800k working your ass off 1 hour, but it's either that, wait for a big event to happen AND also win it, or beg for money like most people do.

I think you didn't get the point. What he means is, that some civilian jobs pay like 3k for 10mins of doing the job and other 80k. Which is so unbalanced and leads to everyone doing these 2 jobs. If every job would pay equal or nearly same for the same time required then it would lead to everyone doing the job that he likes.

Bump.
