Describe SAM in your own words: (Not less than 30 words) SAM was created by Joe Valachi. SAM is are the first dedicated team of medics on the server. SAM's first goal is making good RPs with other groups. Now SAM fighting with corruption in San Fierro. This is very hard because they have a insufficient equipment.

Description: as i was doing my job at lv hospital one civilian came to the hospital asking for help saying: "my mom my mom she needs help she is not able to walk anymore medic" i ran to my ambulance. he was guiding me till we arrived to his mother's house. i went inside to check on her leg and asked if she is able to go with me to the hospital. i transported her with my ambulance to ls hospital and placed a little plaster on her damaged leg and asked if she could stay for couple days so she can rest in hospital.
