That was a normal day in Los Santos. One scamp young boy have a crash, nearby peoples call police and mechanic for help that young boy. Officer man started to search young boy, he was drunk. Officer man handcuffed him, and take him to car. They started to go Police Department, Castillo picked up the crashed car with her tow truck and started to go impounded car's garage. A few days later young boy came to garage and desire back his car. But he wouldn't take his car back because his car need to stay in garage 2 years. Young boy started to cry but that not works.
