Brief story: Today a customer came to SF Garage because of a strange noise coming from his car. I checked the vehicle and found that the engine was not sitting properly on its mounts — it was out of level, causing vibration and noise.
I explained the situation to the customer:
"The engine is not properly aligned, that's why you're hearing that noise. I can fix it by adjusting the mounts and leveling the engine. The total cost is $300. If you agree, I can start right away."
The customer accepted the price and waited in the office, drinking coffee while I worked on the car.
I adjusted the engine, secured the mounts, and made sure everything was properly aligned. After the fix, the engine ran smoothly — no noise, no vibration.
The customer was satisfied, paid the fee, and left the garage with a smile.
