February 24, 20232 yr Author Date: 24/02/2023 Story: Government Funding Rogue 21 have been informed that a valuable Secret Service van with surveillance equipment was heading to San Fierro for inspection. Knowing that knowledge is key and surveillance could grant everyone that knowledge, Rogue 21 decided to do the old interception strategy and take the van for themselves. The plan was simple, block off the bridge from LS to Flint County, make the van stop, get rid of the Secret Service driver, and strip the van for the parts.
