Greetings!

I have another idea to share. While browsing civilian job opportunities, I came across the position of a pilot. It appears to be an intriguing job, but unfortunately, the compensation is quite poor. The average payment for a flight is only around 2-3k, which, in my opinion, is significantly lower compared to other professions. I believe a increase, such as doubling or tripling the current payment, would attract people to do the job again.
