Posted July 25, 20232 yr What’s the point in disallowing us as community players to request properties owned by inactive SAES members? Most of the properties owned by inactive SAES members are usually good locations. Providing your community players with these properties who actually spend time on the server daily playing and providing services to the server such as creating new gangs/groups/donating/etc. We're not doing these tasks and waiting for something in return, we're doing them for the fun/love of the game. So, instead why not giving it out to the people who actually cares. New players, or players who recently came back from inactivity are usually having problems on searching for a new property at a specific location. For example searching for a property near banks/jail are nearly impossible. Otherwise you're going to buy a far property making u take more time to respond to such activities.

September 6Sep 6 why don't you make it that for admins you can request their props after 6 months or a year of inactivity, not a month like normal players
