The plan was simple: wait for Rick and his soldiers to leave the building, and then strike. As expected, Rick and his men eventually emerged from the building, heading towards their car. Just as they were about to leave, they found the Santucci Mob blocking their path. The confrontation was immediate and violent, with gunfire erupting between the two groups. During the chaotic shootout, Rick spotted an opportunity to escape and bolted from the scene. Lorenzo, without hesitation, pursued him on foot. The chase led them through the winding streets of Los Santos, with Lorenzo closing the gap. But just as he was about to catch Rick, the councilman drew his gun and fired, hitting Lorenzo with a fatal shot. Lorenzo fell, taking his last breath as Rick commandeered a nearby sportbike and sped away. Seconds later, the rest of the Santucci team arrived to find Lorenzo on the ground, lifeless. It was a devastating blow for the Italian mafia, losing one of their elite hitmen.
