So this spawn lets player to accept contracts to kill someone

1. Player can use this spawn only for 2 hours 
2. Player gets 80 wanted stars when he spawns this and gets 30 wanted stars for every kill, his wanted level is not limited
3. Cop that arrests him gets 1 mil
4. He can be located only once a minute
5. Limited amount of players will be able to use this spawn at once
6. He cant be bribed
7. He cant be hired to kill people at turfs and BRs

8. He can locate special groups
9. He can headshot

Cop that arrests him gets 1 mil

Thats too much i can already see the people how they abuse it to make money :S
But good idea.

Idea is so good, i tired of killing people for free.

Increase jail time up to 4 hours, abuse wouldnt make sense then
