I know that his properties are in reserve due to the war in Palestine but he has not entered since November 2023. How long should we wait to play freely and obtain the properties that interest us? Thank you for your time dear staff.

What do you expect him to do? Login in to a game which is older than most of the players nowadays whilst his country is being bombed to stone age. Honestly show some empathy and respect the decision. Nothing is worthier than human life's. I think you can live without the property.
