I've noticed plenty of really good props which are owned by saes staff members. However those members have last joined the server lets say in 2020,2021 or even less, you get me. I don't think this it is fair towards the rest of the community which only gets a period of 1 month of inactity until his props are able to be requested. My suggestion is to reduce the staff members immunity to something like a year or so. I don't see a reason why  these props would be held by the staff members when some of them don't even play the game anymore. Let somebody active own it.

as of now there no real timestamp we just bring those up to SAESHQ case by case and they decide on them sometimes they tell us ok (person is completly inactive from the clan) sometimes we get told no (person still helping behind the scenes ) if you find a inactive saesclan you can talk to SAHA member so we bring it to the SAESHQs so they can give us a feedback 

As crash as said, please bring it to SAHA attention and we can look into it.
