We need to revamp SAES strategically. With too many officers for the current crime levels and fewer BRS incidents, plus a success rate below 50% we must act. We can either shut down HLS or bring in specialized units like DDT.

On a serious note, I disagree. There are far more important things to be considered and worked on rather than adding or removing special groups. Simply, plan better and you will perhaps be more successful.

When I shared the first idea, I presented had another one in mind, which was to remove the second door in country bank, especially since all the gangs do not want these banks because they know that the success rate is weak.
