Roleplay Backstory:

A boat containing a shipment of firearms suspected to contain stolen guns was on its way to Los Santos docks from the east. Field agents were dispatched by boat to intercept the shipment before it could reach the docks. A boat matching the description was stopped before it could dock and the driver of the boat was detained for questioning. A search of the boat revealed several firearms with serial numbers partially etched off or modified, leading us to believe the firearms might be stolen or illegally smuggled from out of state. The suspect was arrested pending interrogation and the guns were seized as evidence.
