In 2-3 lines, tell us about yourself: I'm Sayf, from Tunisia, of mixed ethnicities and origins, super friendly and down to earth. Started playing MTA back in 2010, SAES in 2011 but just through a shared account between me and my older brother, only started to really take part of the community back in 2015 but some unfortunate sets of circumstances obstructed me from being active, or atleast maintain activity for more than a few months at a time, else I'd say I'm loyal, helpful, unrealistically reliable, and all those who truly know me won't deny it.

PART III : Rules check

What are the rules for the Dog spawn?:
-You can only spawn as a police dog if a police officer is your handler.
-Playing as a police dog means you're always in RP mode.
-Dogs cannot make arrests under any circumstances.
-Must stay close to handler at all times and not wander off.
-Not act indipendently, only take orders from handler.
-Can only use chats that don't constitute any RP, environmental or situational importance such as Private Messages and Party Chat.


Briefly explain the following rules in your own words:

Rule number 4: Mandatory surrender offer - ProCops must always offer suspects a chance to surrender during a chase by using proper instructions (binds).
Rule number 5: Proper timing for warnings - Do not rush warning binds, suspects should be given enough time to notice and react.
Rule number 7: Probation tag requirement - New ProCop members must wear the PC* tag for the full 2-week probation period.
Rule number 9: Forum registration for proof - All members must log into the private forums to officially register their membership and provide proof of being part of the group.

PART IV: Roleplay commands

Explain how and when the /me command is used. Include an example: It is used to describe a player's physical RP actions. Helps others understand what the character is performing beyond standard animations & game mechanics.
Example: /me Pats down the suspect, checking for concealed weapons.
/me Swiftly cuffs the suspect's hands behind their back.

In Part IV, try to provide a few more examples and add more detail.
