its always sunny, and after a few years it becomes really boring and really the only time it changes is incase of a flood or christmas. thats too little.

i think this would be a great option to add more depth into playing, roleplay wise, asthetics... the feeling, everything, for people who have not the best PC's maybe they need a switch to turn off the rain particles tho, other than that this is fucking sick and simple to add from what ive heard, its just simple GTA Sa weather mechanics. they would cycle troughout the day changing ext.
