HOW TO MAKE DONATION CHANGE REQUESTS

As you know, if you donate, you can choose a reward, in line with the rewards we offer at;

That donation reward is forever lovingly placed on the map and if after a few months or more you get bored with the reward and fancy something new, we are happy to change the vehicle.

We will even move the location, if you have moved house or change gang.

BUT BE AWARE

IF you like a new car each week, gang hop on a monthly basis or someone said your car smells and you can no longer handle the whispers, then sorry, no we won't be changing it.

Same for if you go inactive (without any notice or attempt to let us know) and suddenly return.
Provide evidence of the donation, and list what you had.

At some stage, an admin will deal with it.

Change Requests are not urgent for SAES admins, Donation Rewards are, but only your first request.

You may only request a change every 30 days (including multiple donations and your initial donation request)

Please be aware this timeline does NOT apply to customer shaders being added to the server as a donation reward. This will retain its 60 day cooldown.

I want to ensure admins have time to play and are not constantly dealing with regular changers.

You donated towards the running costs, not paying for a service.

We have updated this topic to reflect our new policy around donation reward changes.

We will now accept donation reward change requests once every 30 days, instead of once every 60 days.

This is due to the ever changing vehicle mods on the server, we want donators to be able to utilise them ASAP.

You still should refrain from taking the piss and ruining it for everyone else.
