Both DE and CLO still have the ability to use headshots, it just needs to be supervised by someone with the ability to turn it on or off. After a discussion within SAES HQ it has been decided that the toggling system currently in place provides limitations necessary to keep general abuse to a minimum. The system will therefor stay in place for the time being.
