For example, scenes where an investigation is happening. Explain Deathmatch(DM) What does it mean: Killing people without cause. For example, using /loc on people and killing them unprovoked. Explain Marker Arrest What does it mean: Unsure. I haven't heard the term before and I don't understand it after deferring to Google for an explanation. Read the responses here and still unsure what it means but I'm sure I'll pick it up with examples in-game.
